How long does it take to service blades/tools?

Normal service turnaround time is 3 business days. Manual sharpening can take up to a week.

Will my knife be as sharp as it came from factory?

Accepted Answer

Most factory edges are not very refined, unless we consider very high end knives. Our edges are sharper, more polished and longer lasting than typical factory edges.

When can I expect for my item/s to be returned to me?

Accepted Answer

Normal service turnaround time is 3 business days. Manual sharpening can take up to a week.
Return shipping to Switzerland is normally overnight.
Return shipping to Europe is variable, but should be around one week.
Allow up to 2 weeks for return shipping outside Europe.

We accept limited orders for manual sharpening services. If your product is sold out, please check back later or subscribe to our spreesy store updates. If you want to send us a large batch of knives for manual sharpening, please contact us at cherrywoodbladeworks@gmail.com

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Absolutely. If you think our sharpening work is not up to your expectations or is not as good as the original edge, we will refund your order.

Question 9

I would like my expensive/custom knife sharpened. Will you protect it against accidental damage?

Accepted Answer

We take all necessary measures to protect your expensive tools. We tape the blade and handle to prevent scratching during sharpening and only use low power on our belt grinders to prevent overheating of the steel. We package the knifes so that they do not damage each other during return shipping.

Question 10

Can I add notes to my Spreesy order?

Accepted Answer

You can not add notes inline during the order process at the moment. After submitting your order, you will receive an email with subject "Order Confirmation (Order #1234)". Please reply to that email with your notes and we will take care of it!
