HOW IT WORKS
Simply mail us your blunt blades and we will service them and ship them back within 3 business days. Manual sharpening services can take up to a week.

Please include a note with:
- Your email address
- Your postal address
- Details on the services you like (if not included we'll perform the cheapest available sharpening for each tool)
- Whether you want to pay with a payment slip instead of PayPal (Switzerland only)
We will issue a PayPal invoice when we send your tools back.
If you are in Switzerland, we can send you a payment slip, just let us know in the notes.

SHIPPING
Costs for return shipping are as follows (discounts apply for combined shipping):

Domestic (Switzerland) shipping for knives: CHF 3.50
Domestic (Switzerland) shipping for heavy tools: CHF 5.00
International shipping for knives: CHF 8.00 (6.00 combined)
International shipping for heavy tools: CHF 20.00 (15.00 combined)

Normal service turnaround time is 3 business days. Manual sharpening can take up to a week.
Return shipping to Switzerland is normally overnight.
Return shipping to Europe is variable, but should be around one week.
Allow up to 2 weeks for return shipping outside Europe.
International times depend on location and mail service. We do our best to have your finished products delivered as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding should the delivery take longer than expected.
